Energy Benchmark Report: Your Starting Point toward Improved Efficiency and Reliability

Using your operational data, we generate a comprehensive KPI report for your air separation unit. This report provides clear insights into essential system components and critical performance metrics, covering the following areas:

• Energy use per volume of product output
• Product recovery ratio
• Product purity
• Main air compressor efficiency
• Direct air cooler efficiency
• Molecular sieve performance and regeneration.

We benchmark your plant’s data against the potential values to reveal performance trends, quantify improvement opportunities and highlight key areas for optimization. Data Requirements and Data Security

We understand that plant and operational data are highly sensitive. Therefore, we have designed our tool to provide the utmost data security:

• You extract the data yourself from your DCS or Historian system and send it to us – we do not need an online connection to your system and you only extract the data we need
• All data will be stored only for the analysis and within our safeguarded data centers
• The analysis tool runs offline so no data is shared over the cloud or a dashboard service

To run an Energy Benchmark, we need the following multi-year data (e.g. raw data export from DCS) from you:

• Molecular sieve data
• Main/booster air compressor (MAC/BAC)
• Turbine/booster
• Main heat exchanger
• Direct contact air cooler
