Based on our Linde Virtual Furnace (LVF) platform, we provide:

• LVF Executable Model – First-principles kinetic model of the cracking furnace as plugin for third-party advanced process control (APC) , real-time optimization (RTO) and simulation applications

• LVF Scenario Simulator – Optimization of production planning and feed purchase by simulating ethylene, propylene and C4+ production with different conversion rates, feedstocks and furnace loads

• LVF Realtime Advisor – Continuous calculation of coil outlet temperature for each furnace to achieve optimal product yields taking feed flows and composition into consideration.

• LVF Coil Monitor – Continuous generation of cracking coil temperature profiles using thermal cameras to maximize furnace run length and avoid coil overheating.
